It is amrked us patent 2.620.061 made in austria. Both springs are still working quite well. Rde pez sleeve is 2 7/8. Over-all size measures 4 1/16. Personally, have been collecting pez dispensers for almost 4 decades, and have never seen another one like this to use for compairison. The kicker or pusher is the small piece that extends down from the back of the head to push out a single piece of candy when the head is tilted back. After checking lal of our books it do look like there is a piece missing, but was not noticable. The little classic wire is still intact the way the older ones are made, not like the newer ones with a solid piece.
